Return Policy

Upon authorization, you may return new, unopened purchases received from Saddleback Resources within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost (excludes shipping) less a 15% restocking fee.We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accept opened products.

For Returns without a manufacturers’ defect or Saddleback Resource error:

  1. In order for your return to be accepted at the warehouse, you MUST contact Customer Care by telephone at (800) 633-8876 to receive a Return Authorization number (RA) and special return instructions. Returns are subject to approval.
  2. You are responsible to pay for the shipping cost of the return. We recommend using a shipping method that you can track, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
  3. Please return product in the original packaging, and include a copy of your Packing List in the box. If you don’t have your Packing List, inform Customer Care when you call the office.
  4. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for credit processing. Your credit will be refunded in the same method as your payment for that order.

Damaged and Defective Items:

Contact Customer Care by telephone at (800) 633-8876 for instructions. We will arrange for UPS to pick up your order.

  • If we are replacing the product, there will be no additional charge to you.
  • If you choose to return the product, your credit will include product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Discontinued products and Downloadable resources
are non-returnable and non-refundable.
